PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS:
1. Product Returning Reasons:
• Damaged/Defective/Tampered Product Delivered – If the product is physically damaged, tampered with inside the package, or the packaging appears damaged. Sometimes packaging may be damaged during transportation while the product inside remains safe. However, if the buyer is not satisfied, they may reject the order at the time of delivery. If damage or defects are noticed after delivery, the buyer may request a replacement. In such cases, the replacement will be with an identical product.
• Wrong Product Delivered – If the delivered product does not match the ordered size, color, or specification, or if the product is expired, the buyer may raise an exchange request.
• Out of Stock / Delivery of Another Product – In some situations the ordered product may not be available at the time of shipping or there may be a mismatch between the ordered and delivered product. In such cases the buyer may request a return or refund.
2. Conditions Where Products Are Not Eligible for Replace/Exchange/Refund:
1. Product is used or altered.
2. Free products provided by the brand.
3. Serial number is tampered with.
4. Product returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, freebies, accessories, or damaged packaging.
5. Product damaged due to misuse or overuse.
6. Return request initiated after 7 business days of delivery.
7. Defective products not covered under seller/manufacturer warranty.
8. Replace/Exchange/Refund is a facility offered by sellers directly under this policy and may change from time to time.
CATEGORIES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customized products (such as food items, compacts, cosmetics, etc.) cannot be returned as they are prepared or supplied on demand during special promotions.
OUR POLICY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND:
Exchange: If the delivered product has a different size or color, it can be exchanged with the correct size or color.
Replace: If the product is damaged or defective (not functioning properly), it will be replaced with an identical product.
Refund: If the desired product is unavailable in the preferred size, color, or model, customers may opt for a refund.
STIPULATIONS OF OUR RETURN POLICY:
1. Mitr e-store offers a 7-day return policy for all products.
2. Return will be initiated within 7 working days of delivery.
3. If the product is received damaged or with missing items, raise a return or replacement request within 2 days of delivery.

5. Original packaging and labels must remain intact. Pack the product properly before returning.
6. Keep the original purchase bill.
7. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing. If the refund is not received, contact our support team at 0522-4300858.
STEPS TO RETURN:
Step 1: Log in to Mitrestore.com and go to My Account → My Orders.
Step 2: Select the order you wish to return and click the Return option.
Step 3: Choose the applicable reason for return.
Step 4: After submitting the request, it will be verified depending on the product category.
Step 5: Once verification is completed and confirmed by the buyer, the return process will begin.
